✈️  10:00  Depart Entebbe on Uganda Airlines. Short flight. Big anticipation.

🛬  11:50  Land in Zanzibar. The warm spice-scented air hits you immediately. Transfer to Sunset Kendwa Hotel on the north coast.

🏨  13:30  Check in. Drop the bags. Change into your swimsuit.

🌊  14:00  The Indian Ocean is right there. That's where you're going.

🍹  17:00  First sundowner at the Mnazi Bar — beachfront, pool beside you, the horizon in front. This is the Zanzibar you came for.

🍽️  20:00  Dinner at the Sunset Restaurant. Fresh seafood, ocean views, the whole group together. The girls' trip has officially started.

🍳  07:30  Breakfast at the hotel.

⛵  09:00  Boat to Mnemba Island — one of the finest marine reserves in the Indian Ocean. The atoll is home to spinner dolphins, sea turtles, and over 300 species of tropical fish in coral so pristine it barely seems real.

🐬  10:30  Dolphin sightings — spinner dolphins play around the boat. If conditions allow, you swim alongside them. Yes, really.

🤿  11:30  Snorkelling on Mnemba Atoll — masks on, fins on, into the most beautiful underwater world in East Africa.

🍽️  13:00  Lunch included on the island.

📸  14:30  Return to Kendwa. Afternoon free — pool, beach, naps, more beach.

🌅  18:30  Kendwa Beach sunset. North coast faces west — the sunsets here are extraordinary.

🍸  19:30  Mnazi Bar cocktail hour. The group chat photos from tonight will be used forever.

🍳  08:30  Leisurely breakfast. Today is the ultimate beach day.

🏖️  10:00  Full day on Kendwa Beach — the whole group, the whole beach, all day.

🚤  10:30  Glass bottom boat ride — see the reef and marine life from above the water without getting wet. The drone captures the group from above — these are the photos.

🎬  11:00  Drone shots — aerial footage of the group on the beach, in the water, on the boat. Kendwa Beach from above is extraordinary. The content from today will run for months.

🍖  13:00  Beach BBQ lunch — fresh fish, grilled lobster, Zanzibari spiced meats, tropical fruit, cold drinks. On the beach. With the group. The best lunch of the trip.

💧  15:00  Optional watersports at Kendwa — jet cars on open water, kayaking, parasailing, sea horse riding. At own cost, right on the hotel beach.

🌅  18:00  Late afternoon swim before the sun goes down.

🌙  20:00  Group dinner. Best night of the trip. Stories, laughter, Zanzibar.

🍳  08:00  Breakfast at the hotel.

🐢  09:30  Naalum Cave — a sea cave where green sea turtles come to rest and feed in a protected tidal pool. You swim with them. Not in a tank, not in a theme park — in their natural habitat, in the Indian Ocean, in Zanzibar. One of those experiences that stays with you.

🌊  12:00  Return to Kendwa. The rest of the day is yours.

💆  13:30  Lunch, pool time, beach time, spa time. Last full afternoon in Zanzibar.

🛍️  15:30  Last beach shopping — sarongs, shells, handmade jewellery, spices to take home.

🌅  18:30  Final Zanzibar sunset at the Mnazi Bar. Take it all in.

🎉  20:00  Last dinner together. This one deserves a toast.

🌊  07:30  One last swim. Non-negotiable.

🍳  08:30  Final breakfast at the hotel.

🚌  13:30  Transfer to Zanzibar International Airport.
