Day 2 — Monday 28 Dec — Dubai Icons Day.
🍳 08:30 Breakfast at the hotel.
📸 10:00 Burj Al Arab photo stop — you don't need to go inside. The sail-shaped silhouette from the Jumeirah beach road is one of the great architectural views in the world. Photograph it properly.
🌴 11:00 Palm Jumeirah — drive across the Palm, see Atlantis from the Crescent road, stop at the viewing point. The scale from ground level is extraordinary.
🔭 14:00 Museum of the Future — the most beautiful building in Dubai you can actually go inside. The exhibits on emerging technologies and future scenarios are genuinely extraordinary. Allow 2–3 hours.
🛍️ 17:00 Dubai Mall — the world's largest mall. One hour to see the scale, do some shopping, and time the exit for sunset.
🌅 18:30 Burj Khalifa area at golden hour — the fountain, the tower, the light. This is the moment Dubai looks exactly like its photographs.
⛲ 19:30 Dubai Fountain show — every 30 minutes after dark. The world's largest choreographed fountain, dancing to music below the world's tallest building. Free. Unmissable.
🍽️ 21:00 Dinner in Downtown. Walk back to the hotel.
Day 3 — Tuesday 29 Dec — Desert Adventure Day.
🍳 09:00 Easy morning. Breakfast, pool time, or explore the neighbourhood.
🌴 14:30 Private pickup for Premium Desert Safari — the afternoon departure is deliberate. You hit the dunes as the light goes gold.
🏕️ 15:30 Arrive the red dunes. Dune bashing in 4x4 — the driver will push the vehicle to the edge of what seems physically possible. Exhilarating doesn't cover it.
🐪 17:00 Camel riding — the slower, more photogenic side of the desert. The light at this hour is extraordinary.
🏂 17:30 Sandboarding and ATV quad bikes — optional but recommended.
📸 18:00 Sunset photography in the dunes — the best photos of the whole trip happen here. No filter needed.
🍖 19:30 Bedouin camp: BBQ dinner under the stars — grilled meats, mezze, Arabic bread, fresh juice. Traditional music, henna, shisha, belly dancing. The desert sky at night, away from city lights, is extraordinary.
🏨 22:00 Return to Rove Downtown.
Day 4 — Wednesday 30 Dec — Yacht Day + Beach Club Energy.
🍳 09:30 Relaxed breakfast. This is a late-start day by design.
🚤 13:00 Dubai Marina private luxury yacht cruise — your group, your vessel, open water. The cruise passes the Marina skyline, out past the Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis visible from the sea, then along the Jumeirah coastline. The Burj Al Arab from the water. The city from a completely different perspective.
🥂 14:00 Drinks, music, the deck. This is the day that feels most like a proper holiday.
🌊 16:00 Optional: beach club experience after the yacht — JBR, La Mer, or Nikki Beach. Sunloungers, cocktails, and the Persian Gulf until the sun goes down.
🍽️ 20:00 Dinner and music. Last pre-NYE evening. Rest well — tomorrow night is the main event.
Day 5 — Thursday 31 Dec — NEW YEAR'S EVE. 🎆
🍳 09:30 Lazy NYE morning. Breakfast at the hotel. Stay off your feet — you'll need the energy tonight.
🏊 11:00 Rooftop pool at Rove. Decompress. The city is already humming with NYE anticipation.
🛍️ 13:00 Last afternoon shopping — Dubai Mall, City Walk, or Jumeirah for New Year's Eve outfit and accessories.
🍽️ 18:00 Early dinner — eat properly before the evening begins. The restaurants around Marina or Bluewaters are excellent choices; book in advance.
🌙 21:00 Head to Bluewaters Island or Dubai Marina for the NYE celebration — ticketed yacht party or rooftop event. Bluewaters Island gives you Marina fireworks, a waterfront atmosphere, and significantly less chaos than Downtown. The energy here at midnight is extraordinary.
🎆 00:00 MIDNIGHT. Fireworks over the water. Music. The Arabian Gulf lit up. Happy New Year.

Day 6 — Friday 01 Jan — New Year's Day. Brunch. Departure.
